We recommend at least 48 hours ahead. For peak cruise seasons July, August, Christmas, and New Year sailings book as early as possible. Availability fills up quickly on popular departure dates.
Do you help with luggage?
Your driver will load all cases at your home and unload them at the cruise terminal. There is no extra charge for luggage assistance it is part of the service.
Can you pick me up when my cruise returns?
Absolutely. Book your return transfer when you book your outbound journey. Give us your ship name, arrival port, and estimated disembarkation time and we handle everything else.
What if my ship is delayed returning to port?
We monitor cruise schedules and adjust your driver’s arrival time if there are delays to disembarkation. Contact us if your arrival time changes significantly and we will rearrange at no charge.
Do you have large vehicles for families with lots of luggage?
